Luscious Life Starter Session:
Wondering what is next for you? If you are feeling stuck, disconnected or burned out, yet ready to have more lusciousness, creativity and spiritual connection in your life this is the prefect thing to get you started. We meet for 60 minutes meeting by phone for exploration, discovery and creation of what will give your life the spiritual, and creative purpose you long for. You leave with insight, practices, next steps and goals to move you forward. It is an in depth, intuitive and powerful way to jump start your life. Our time together is individually designed for you based on pre-session questions and can include visioning, brainstorming, individualized guided visualizations, values clarification and intuitive wisdom. Before we meet I will send a Luscious Life packet to play with, muse on, and complete before we talk so our time is as effective and individualized as possible.
60 minutes $175
Individual Coaching:
This is all about you! Your dreams, goals and the creation of your most luscious, embodies life is the focus here. Individual coaching is perfect for those who are committed to deep growth, lasting change and wonderful creation in their lives. We start with a Luscious Life Starter Session to set the foundation and a then talk by phone 3 times a month. Each session is 40-45 minutes. E-mail support and short phone check ins are available if wanted. A 3 month initial commitment is requested.
